Ideas come when they come.

You might be wondering why I posted a strip about Halloween costumes on the day after Halloween. The answer is: “because I didn’t get the idea for the strip until this morning and I had to crank like heck to get the comic done in time to post tonight.” Please be gentle if there are more errors than usual.

Speaking of holidays, please let me take this opportunity to remind you about the Amazon Affiliate Program. If you click on the previous link, or the Amazon link on the side of my page and make any purchase, I’ll get a cut without it costing you a dime extra. Even if you don’t want to use my Affiliate link for your holiday shopping needs, please use the link provided by some other blogger or cartoonist, and if there’s a blogger/cartoonist whose work you enjoy but they don’t have an affiliate link, tell them to get one.

This isn’t a day late. It’s 364 days to get those costumes ready. Do we have to see Mullet Boss and you in “Sexy” costumes next year? Please… NOOOOOOOO!!!

Ref the Affiliate Program links. There’s a great site called Quidco (www.quidco.co.uk) that works the same way except it gives the commision back to the customer. It has hundreds of different merchants affiliated to it such as Tesco, M&S, Game, Play, Hilton, Currys, Asda, etc, etc.
I’ve had over £500 cashback from them over the last 18 months (mostly from a holiday to Disney)
Is is a UK thing, but I’m sure there will be similar ‘cashback sites’ in the states.
NOTE – Amazon isn’t one of Quidco’s affiliates so I’m not trying to divert any of Scott’s much deserved income.

sheesh, Scott, did you actually get grief for posting the day after Halloween? Is there some law that we cannot talk about holidays besides the time a few weeks prior to it?

Those speedo’s and capes take a while to make. You’re just trying to get a jump on things.

Perfect line: These men did the most to make Halloween creepy than anyone since Edgar Allan Poe.
So what if it was a day late? Entrepreneurs everywhere need this kind of insight and advice.

It’s funny that you should post about the Amazon Affiliate thing. I came to your site for the express purpose of following your link to Amazon to buy the complete FarScape. I thought to myself. “He does get a cut, right? Wasn’t there an explanation about that somewhere?” And here it is.

By the way, I really like your work. I pop in and say that every now and then, but it needs to be said. I am totally rocking the Sexy Batman next year.
