I sincerely hope that “deluxe package” is only an accidental innuendo…

“With a bat on the Speedo for the deluxe package”…
Deeply disturbing on so many levels.

Edgar “Allan” Poe. Great comic (even if the mental images will never wash away)!
November 1st, 2009 at 10:20 pm
Sorry, Scott. No e in Allan.

Oh man! Gross gross gross!!! It’s like the proverbial train wreck. I wanted to look away, but I had to keep reading…

Suckers still wear glasses in the future? Space-Nerdz!

That is not unlikely at all … for once I hope that you don’t have that many readers. Good laugh

As I read this strip I couldn’t help feeling that the ever-more-disturbing suggestions should be coming from mullet-head and the creeped-out reactions from the bald guy. Is this the first time mullet-head has ever been disturbed by _anything_?

“for once I hope that you don’t have that many readers.”
Some say that the problem with violent films and computer games is that they give people who are already insane ideas. I think the same argument could be applied to this comic.

Actually saw a guy a few years ago in a “sexy” Zorro costume just as you described. Hat, mask, cape and Speedo. Ugh.

*eep* . . . me scarred for life . . . *gasp* can never . . get rid . . . of mental . . . imagery . .

Am I the only one who thinks that “future suit” and hair do are BANGIN”?
November 2nd, 2009 at 10:29 am
“The only challenge would be looking at yourself in the mirror.”
If you’re a sexy vampire, you wouldn’t look in a mirror anyway.

Is…
Is that an homage to Lobot in the last panel?
AWESOME!
November 2nd, 2009 at 12:03 pm
Heh. I want to see more sexy men’s costumes, actually, Speedo or otherwise…
November 2nd, 2009 at 12:19 pm
I’m so going as Sexy Abe Lincoln next year… Stovepipe hat, beard, cape, and speedo.
November 2nd, 2009 at 1:36 pm
Let’s start a BI revolution! Every man who reads this comic should wear a sexy costume next Halloween.

@morejello: Check out Electric Six’s video for the song Gay Bar.

totally nsfw, btw.
November 2nd, 2009 at 5:32 pm
I can only imagine the sexy Rocket Hat & Moonmen Emperor costumes. Wait a minute, this all just too gay for me. Funny stuff though.
November 2nd, 2009 at 5:43 pm
LOL! Of course men can wear sexy costumes without being gay OR bi…

The fourth panel makes me less pessimistic about the future.
November 3rd, 2009 at 1:35 pm
Weird. Not seeing my comments…
November 3rd, 2009 at 3:35 pm
I know my costume for next Halloween. A very very creepy rubber mask a cape and a speedo.
November 3rd, 2009 at 9:46 pm
I’d actually enjoy a trend in sexy costumes for men. I say this idea be embraced!
November 4th, 2009 at 3:03 am
Okay.. next year’s costume… Sexy Robin Williams!

Hey Scott, what are the round things on the shoulders of all your ‘future guys’? I mean, I get that they are there to signify futuristic dress, and as that sort of visual they work on a cultural, gut level, but is there a name for them? They’re not epaulettes, those go on top of the shoulder. Just wondering. Thanks for a ll the yuks.
a major fan.

I am so glad I had to work on Halloween this year…may I work on all the upcoming Halloweens as well, as I really really reallallllllllly don’t want to see any of this come to pass. It would be like Borat does Point Break.

Michael R – thanks for sharing that. I’ve BEEN to that street fair, I think.
I do like MHB’s line ‘deeply disturbing’.
